Rob and crew are the BEST! You are treated as an individual in a boot class setting. This is coming from me, a woman in her upper 50’s that never had a workout routine until about 2 years ago. I’m slow but I’m there because of the Built Strong team encouraging and caring ways. I love them all. You won’t be sorry, give them a try, there are all levels of fitness, strength, and personalities. No judging or intermediating here. Put yourself first because your future self is depending on you.

I have been a member of Built Strong Gym for about a year now.
