We were referred to Built Restoration from our home warranty company. Andy and his team did an excellent job repairing some water damage we had from a poorly installed skylight. It was great having a point person in contact with us through the process. Andy was up front with the estimated costs and promptly resolved our issue. Built Restoration is highly efficient and extremely easy to work with. I had an unfortunate water leak that damaged my kitchen floors, but Built Restoration came in quickly and fixed the issue. Built Restoration sets the standard high in home repairs! I own several properties in the Charlotte Area and have had the worst luck in getting the repairs done correctly and in a timely manner by other contractors, but Built Restoration totally changed that for me.
