I had the privilege to train at Nando’s gym and meet with Nando himself. Nando shared great insight of the bodybuilding space exuding his knowledge & passion for the sport. I was really appreciative of his time in assessing potential and providing honest feedback. Both Nando and Coach Ryan were so welcoming and provided a safe and comfortable environment for all athletes. This was overall an incredible space. Wonderful experience. I’m a gym rat, a Physical Therapist, and have competed in men’s physique shows. Nando and his team are top-notch. They have experience and knowledge that exceed expectations. The environment is warm and welcoming, Whether you are new to getting your swell on, or a veteran to the game, you will be in good hands here.

This gym felt like paradise. I spent most of the time on the third floor with the machines and weights. You first walk into a grandeur room with a stage front and center. To the side is a room with the weights and machines. The weight room feels just big enough with all the necessary equipment; no need to move far to go from station to station.
