I'm sharing my experience with Perry and Built 2 Last because we actually contacted him because of all of the positive reviews on Google and I wanted to add our own great experience. We needed repairs on several places in our cedar siding that had rotted. Perry assessed everything, came up with solutions to prevent future problems, and gave us a fair price to do the work. He scheduled the job quickly, and it took as long as he said it would. The work looks great! Highly recommend!
We had our roof, 3 skylights, and gutters replaced. In addition, we had gutter guards installed. Estimates were fair, and Perry described in detail what materials were being used and everything that was going to be done. The project was done timely and efficiently. They did a great job!
