I've contracted Perry to do multiple jobs at my house, the most recent was a roof and skylight replacement. He is always very accommodating and thorough at every step of the process. I'm extremely satisfied with the work he and his crew do. They are very quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. If you have an HOA, he will also work with you to get any necessary documents/permits that are required for work. I will absolutely be using them in the future!
I'm sharing my experience with Perry and Built 2 Last because we actually contacted him because of all of the positive reviews on Google and I wanted to add our own great experience. We needed repairs on several places in our cedar siding that had rotted. Perry assessed everything, came up with solutions to prevent future problems, and gave us a fair price to do the work. He scheduled the job quickly, and it took as long as he said it would. The work looks great! Highly recommend!
Our water remediation company had referred us to Perry and Built 2 Last Contracting. We needed a quote to move our top gutter/downspout to the other side of our home. We had our roof, 3 skylights, and gutters replaced. In addition, we had gutter guards installed. Estimates were fair, and Perry described in detail what materials were being used and everything that was going to be done. The project was done timely and efficiently. They did a great job!
If you need a new roof, new siding, gutters….BUILT2LAST has you covered! I’ve seen their work and am so impressed. We will use Perry & Maryann and refer them whenever we can! Remember you want to use the best so it’s BUILT2LAST!
