As a demo sub (HM Brandt Demolition) we have worked with Buildout Pros on multiple projects in the Milwaukee Metro area. We have had positive experiences. The superintendents we worked with communicated well, set clear project schedules and were very fair to work with. Their billing process was straightforward and they also paid timely! Overall, we have had positive experiences and look forward to working together again in the future.
WE worked for Builders Pro as a subcontractor on an American Red Cross project. Bill Westmore was very professional and down to earth. Their Superintendent Gerald Combe was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. If you need answers in the field, they are prompt to get you the information you need. Payment was on time. Good GC to work with.
