Building Works has been doing work on my building for the last several months to replace our exterior windows and balcony doors. Everytime they've worked on my unit, they've done great work. They always let me know what their aiming to get done each day, and let me know next steps. They've always setup barriers to catch dust when working inside, and cleaned up everything between work days.
Am grateful to the Building Works team for all their hard work at Fontainbleau. They communicated clearly throughout the process & were friendly & professional while working in & around the apartment.
I had an excellent experience with the team that installed replacement windows and put in a new balcony door in my condo at Fontainbleu. The staff were highly professional and communicated clearly throughout the process. Everything was completed efficiently, on schedule and with minimal clean-up required afterwards.

Matt and his crew were amazing! They fixed our balcony so quickly and did such a great job. Everyone was friendly, professional, and super tidy — they left everything spotless. You can tell they really care about their work. The balcony looks perfect now! I’m so happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
