Excellent service, from Shawn and Roy. professional and polite.
Hoon, Dennis and two other Building Works employees did fabulous work on a small water damage repair on my ceiling, which required spray foam, disinfecting, drywalling and painting. Hoon was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, a great problem solver and very kind. I would happily hire him again for future work. Building Works could improve in its initial booking process and communications with clients leading up to services being performed.
I booked an inspection for issues with mold in my garage. I had the pleasure of meeting Tim who did the inspection for me. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything that he was seeing, helped me understand what the issues were, and how to remediate these issues. I already had another inspection done by another company, however I did not feel confident in their assessment. I was very happy with the inspection that was done by Tim. I would highly recommend!
Excellent company, we called them initially because we had mold on the walls in the basement in the utility room. They are all very professional, repairing the plumbing leak, mold remediation, envelope wall crack repair found in the inspection, and they put water diverters on the siding. Thank you Tim Chapman, very knowledgeable and very efficient, he found the root of the problem that originated the mold and gave us the solution, coordinating different teams.
