I would like to commend the team from Building Works that looked after the cracks in my foundation. The initial visit was from Tim Chapman, the project manager, who explained the process clearly and provided a project timeline and estimated cost. This was followed by 2 teams. The first team consisted of Shawn and Kevin who removed drywall and dealt with the cracks. When it rained heavily, water would drip through our upper level deck onto the lower, covered deck directly under it. We engaged Building Works to address this problem as we were concerned about potential for rot and mold. Their crew (Baggy, Buk and Nat), studied the situation, diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs on both levels. They were courteous, prompt, and efficient. This is our second time using building works, they are super professional and do a great job. Scott is very knowledgeable and made sure we knew they were familiar with the ICF in our house. Mark and Mehdi did an exceptional job and made it look like nothing had ever happened! Would use them again!
