We used Building Works, whom were recommended to me by our condo management company, for water and mold damage in our basement. I can't say enough about Eduardo and Roy. They were exceptional in everything that they did! They communicated very well, were polite, and took great care to tape and section off everything well so that the dust and debris was minimal. Currently getting work done on two bathrooms (one is complete). I called Building Works to take care of a mold issue that was discovered in the basement. Overall, the company has done a good job in dealing with the problem. I was really pleased with the demolition crew. The two-man team were efficient and respectful to my home. I contacted Building Works to address some water damage around bay windows that, as it turns out, was related to some construction issues when we had the house built almost 30 years ago. This project was effectively 3 different jobs - reframing and remediation to address rotted framing, redo the exterior cladding around the bay windows, and replace and refinish interior drywall. To Erich Krause, Scott Toud's team including Sean, Val, Mark and Mehdi did an exceptional restoration job on my unit. Especially Mark and Mehdi who took pride in their work and went above and beyond which is unusual these days. They all knew the true meaning of customer service and found them to be extremely accommodating. Exceptional employee, they are definitely keepers. Kudos to Scott and his fantastic team.
