This team knows what they are doing, no question about it. Very thorough and detailed. Explained things good, bad or indifferent. Documented EVERYTHING and took their time through a few of our houses now. We will never use anyone else for inspections.

Fast and seamless process! Im a first time buyer of a townhome and was anxious about the inspection not finding everything but Dave was very detailed and walked me through the notes providing recommendations on what is priority. Definitely recommend!
As a first time condo buyer my experience with Dave was professional, thorough, and covered all my questions.
