I've bought three homes in my life and have never had a home inspector that was as thorough, knowledgeable and attentive to detail as Dave. I bring my own mechanical vendors to home inspections, which in this case was a waste of time. Dave caught everything they did. Dave is the only home inspector I will use moving forward.
Dave was great for our home inspection in Chicago. He identified all issues we may face during the inspection and was great at explaining how to potentially tackle them. He and his team have also retained easily accessible records of what they found so we can reference them months/years later. Would highly recommend for your home inspection!
This team knows what they are doing, no question about it. Very thorough and detailed. Explained things good, bad or indifferent. Documented EVERYTHING and took their time through a few of our houses now. We will never use anyone else for inspections.
