We are an 83 unit condominium association. Building Reserves conducted our reserve study with thoroughness and professionalism. Andrew Herland was extremely responsive to our requests for various revisions based upon new information and our revised budget process. His kindness and willingness to make himself available are traits that, unfortunately, seem to be all too rare these days. His colleague, Brittany Eggert, is also super responsive.
