5 stars isn’t enough for Bridgette Fong and Building New Pathways. Deciding to go back to therapy honestly wasn’t easy for me. Like a lot of people, I got very good at looking okay on the outside while struggling internally. I have had weekly sessions with Bridgette for over a year now, and starting therapy with her was one of the best decisions I could have made. It is a nerve-wracking thing to do, but with her, it took no time for me to feel comfortable and free to work through anything going on in my life. It's important that you are able to talk to someone and understand yourself and others. Bridgette is truly fantastic at her job and is just a lovely person in general.
