The workers here are amazing and truly patient BUT if you have to BACK A 53’ trailer here, by ALL means necessary avoid this destination. This is literally a dock from hell. I would rather lose a finger than try to help someone back into this dock. We didn’t even dock. We had to use the bay door next to it after trying to back for over 2 hours. If you get sent here, God is truly punishing you and you need to evaluate what possible things you have done to deserve this.
As part of a non-profit, we contacted them after a break-in ruined our business metal door. They provided a new door - at NO cost. We truly appreciate their generous, responsive, and supportive in-kind donation.
I work for Layton Construction. Jim Confer was very unprofessional to work with. He does not communicate with the team on when material will show up and had very rude remarks when you try to reach out to him. Also fails at answering phone calls. If you work with this company try to get another PM other than Jim Confer.
