I've lived in Hilary Gardens (300 Mercer) for 6 years. It's honestly the staff that make it great - friendly, responsive, and constantly cleaning, maintaining, and improving the building. Staff I found the leasing and corporate teams prompt (responding within 2-4 hours) and accommodating as I navigated paperwork, and deposit at both the hectic start of my lease and ending my lease. As a neighbor, I wish this building would do more to prevent the residents’ dogs from going to the bathroom around all the surrounding sidewalks. It’s everywhere, and it’s very unpleasant by this building because of that.
