As a neighbor, I wish this building would do more to prevent the residents’ dogs from going to the bathroom around all the surrounding sidewalks. It’s everywhere, and it’s very unpleasant by this building because of that.

Horrible, horrible experience. I developed severe allergies and breathing difficulties living in the unit and eventually found TOXIC BLACK MOLD in the air conditioners. Confirmed by a third party air inspector, a total nightmare…This landlord is completely and utterly negligent, incompetent, unresponsive, all of the above. I’ve still yet to recover from the mold infestation. Would give a 0 out of 5 if possible. STAY AWAY.
This place was home to my wife and I for 3 years. It’s the best kept secret in Manhattan. Great building and the staff is lovely. They were like a family for us, and we will miss them dearly. If you’re thinking about moving here, do it. And if you can get one of the south facing apartments on a higher floor you’ll be getting some of the best views in the city.
