Had them come out to fix a noise in my boiler. I had them come out to clean the fuel system before and had a good experience so I called them for this too. They were out 3 different times to fix it, and at the end, I still didn't get heat because it wasn't purged properly. Had to have someone else look at it to get it properly purged, tons of air still came out of the lines and the pressure was too low. I called BIC for my AC not working one night. The temp had climbed to over 80 in my house. The owner said he would be out the next day. To my surprise I woke up to my AC working!!! I called to tell him it was working. He says I know I was over at 3am because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to fit you in. Absolutely amazing. Incredible customer service!!!
