Dennis isan outstanding home inspector.He inspected a homewe had hoped to purchase. As a result of histhorough inspection,as well as recommending we hire a structural engineer to inspect prior to purchasing, he saved us from making a very costly mistake.He identified numerous foundation issues, that would need to be addressed. His communication was professional and informative.We had our report at the end of the inspection which was a bonus.
