I called BIS for a single unit inspection. James came out on a Saturday morning under heavy rain. The inspection entailed going on the roof of the condominium building to check the HVAC compressor. The current owner of property did not give us access to the roof but James persisted and found his way to the roof and thus was able to complete the inspection -all this while getting drenched by the downpour- with a smile on this face. Jamie and his team have done a thorough job for us at numerous properties throughout broward and palm beach. The reports were received within just a couple of days and very detailed with many pictures and recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Hands down they are the best. As I have said many times. My own children used this company when purchased their home. Learn about the home honestly. I have witnessed to many inferior inspections when I have had the listing. This the only company anyone will ever need.
