I couldn't believe golfman's review. An ice maker and pool sensor ??? Really ??? Are you going to gripe that the bottom side of your shingles are dirty ??? I worked building houses for a decade, but was so enamored with the property that I missed several things that Bill found. I never expected him to find every bent nail, but he examined the house in more minute detail than I expected. Unless you enjoy substandard performance you should avoid this company. Because we had a long period of time between when our offer on a home was accepted and when we went to settlement we had Building Inspections and Services, LLC, and in particular William Jenness, do two inspections on our home. In his report he noted, in checklist form, that everything was working fine.
