Keith is extremely thorough and a really fantastic person to make you feel confident you know exactly what you are dealing with. Would use him again and again! (Used him for residential and commercial)
Keith walked us through our condo and was very good in explaining what needed to be done soon and what might need replacing in a few years
Keith was excellent. He was extremely thorough, took his time, and explained everything in ways that not only made sense, but also helped me understand the severity of each issue. He was very knowledgeable and I strongly recommend him.
I can't say this report helped much. I am all for understanding a home inspection doesn't resolve problems but it should at least warn me as a new home owner what may come down my pipeline in terms of fixes. Toilet shut off valves that break, dishwashers that leak, washing machines that get less than a months use out of (I don't do laundry every day), replacing full toilets myself because the water barely flushes down?
