This place was fantastic when we first started, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. There seems to be a lot of staff turnover, and appointments are increasingly being canceled or cut short with little to no communication to parents about why. What makes it better is when they call you the day before your normally scheduled appointment to let you know it’s only going to be 30 minutes because they don’t have the staff to support the whole session. My kid went there over the summer for speech. Friendly environment, easy intake process, scheduling is easy, and medicaid friendly. You can definitely tell they love their work and the kids they work with. Definitely would recommend anyone to them to anyone that may need their services.
We love Building Futures! They have helped my son so much since he started going to OT. His therapist, Ms. Meghan is so good with him, and he loves her.
Everyone there are great,and the ladies that work with my son Curtis Braggs I'll give them a 10+great job ladies!!
