If you are with Erie Insurance and they send out BEC engineers, 99 percent chance your claim will be denied. I find it hard to believe from the report that there was not one single hail damage on my roof as I have brought in 4 contractors who said their were some damage.

If this company could receive 0 stars they would. Under the direction of David E. Groblewski, their “independent” consultant working alongside Carl Caddock of Germantown insurance Dale Dano came out and performed an incredibly biased inspection. He ignored obvious damages to the commercial roof as a result of a hail storm and claimed they were “splash marks.” The pictures clearly indicate otherwise. Initially I thought the company and the engineer that came out to inspect my property for a cause of loss to building seemed reputable. When I asked if I would be able to give any details that I had of the collapsed building they said they would take all that information to use to determine loss. I was never given a chance to provide this information to them.
