Be careful of this company. They will make you sign a contract that you have no choice and have to use. They subcontract out and the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. We have been waiting about four months to get a roof put on our house. Be very very very careful.
We signed a contract with this company in July 2010 and they are yet to show up and do the work and it is the end of September!! BUT they have our $5000 deposit and will not return it!
Building EMT Residential has made a habit of not paying their sub-contractors. I received a phone call today from a person who also worked for Building EMT and he said they owe him $25,000. He has no other choice but to place liens on all the home owners properties. At one time I told Building EMT I was going to place liens on the homeowners properties. They told me "go ahead". Long story short, be careful of who you do business with.
