We recently moved into our new home in the Birmingham area, built by Gerald C. Hatton (Building Concepts LLC). I highly recommend this builder to anyone. We recently had part of our basement renovated to include a TV/game room, sewing room, and full bath by Building Concepts. I cannot stress enough how happy we are with the results. The renovation took approximately two months and Gerald Hatten was on the job site every day. He employed nothing but the best subcontractors. And the quality shows. Building Concepts LLC did a great job with our home and is for sure one of the best Custom Home Builders in Birmingham.
I've worked with Building Concepts, LLC and its owner Gerald Hatton on multiple projects over the past 8 years. I have provided his house plans during this time and at times supplied his custom cabinetry. Having been a contractor myself, I can state with confidence that he is one of the most knowledgeable and respected contractors in the Birmingham and surrounding areas. If it needs to be done and done correctly Gerald is the contractor that you need to consider.
We cannot express in words how incredibly grateful we are to have had Gerald Hatton come into our lives. He was building a lovely custom home for our now-neighbors in 2023, so we looked into Building Concepts for our own planned custom build later that same year.
