I have been taking my children here since my 6-year-old was a newborn. They regularly see my children. They always listen to my needs and thoughts as a mother. The office, though they ask about vaccines they do not try to push that on us and rather educate me as a mother on why they should receive them, but I have never felt pressured when I deny. I have shared custody and I am in the birth certificate I offered to show prove of anything they wanted and they denied access for me to know about my daughter or even set an appointment really unorganized
My children have been receiving care here for over 2 years. Staff are wonderful. Scheduling is reasonable depending on urgency and wait times are short. Never had billing issues. K.Garza is genuine and listens without judgment.
Love it here. Everyone is friendly. The doctor Karah Garza is amazing. She is kind, patient, and honest. I recommend to anyone with children!
Visits have been always on target and good, but since Lee Ann left, office help is poor. I made a wellness appointment and waited a month. I took my child out of school and when we arrived, the young women told me there was no such appointment. I then had to make a new appointment and asked for a note so my child would not be tardy and she flat out said there was absolutely nothing she could do to help me. No apologies. Incredible. Fortunately, PHS was much more helpful and accommodating when I took her back to school.
