After sending all the information like intake package, my son school IEP, ABA referral, insurance, and CDE, they stated that they can’t take him because he don’t have his “full CDE”. Mind you, he been seen here before without the full CDE. I feel like it’s already hard to find a good ABA therapist and they would put you through hell. So, do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time trying to get service from this place.

This company had me on a waiting list for services after confirming they took my insurance over the phone. Over a month later, -after filling out their new patient intake package CLEARLY SPECIFYING my insurance with the ID#, they call me to tell me oops, we made a mistake, we don’t take your insurance. I sent them all of the intake paperwork specifying exactly what my insurance was. How unprofessional and a waste of my time!!! You shouldn’t play around with parents and their children with disabilities. Beyond horrible.
