Very rude no response lower communication with turned in all applications and information requested they would not respond for days finally responded due to old landlords non-responsive answers we've decided to cancel your application no more communication was given they were rude didn't process anything properly or continue to pass on their bad review they are not a company that anybody should work with and I don't plan on working with them at all

I recently moved out of a property managed by Reliable Property Management. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience regarding the return of my security deposit, and I want to help you avoid the same issue. Ive been renting from the for 14 plus years! they are a great company and really care for there tenants/customers.
This property mgt company makes irrational policies limiting the rights of homeowners. They treat private home property owners like a condo complex with restrictions that make life difficult. When inquiring about policies they get defensive and rude knowing that their policies are nonsense and are taking away the rights of the homeowners. Example, you are responsible for all expenses and needs of your driveway, but you are not allowed to have a family member or friend visiting park in that same driveway. Thats just an exa... read more
I saw a property online that I was interested in renting out. They charged me a $75 application fee for each person over 18+, which is ridiculous. I have been renting from Victory Properties LLC for six months, the apartment is very nice with comparable pricing to other local rentals. One issue I have is that I’ve requested they attend to a hallway smoke detector with a low battery and a minor repair to the washer and dryer. That was well over a month ago and I still have to listen to constant loud beeping and trek to the laundromat. I do not recommend using this company. I was in communication via text messaging with the owner before I applied for the home and advised him of my situation. He let me know the home was available. After ALL of the negative reviews, I gave it a shot and applied. The same day I applied, they had already rented the home to another applicant instead of letting me know up front the home had been rented (home was removed from the website and signage removed from yard.)
