Building Better Brains is outstanding! From the broad range of services that they offer, to the amazing clinicians, they are just second to none! Our little one absolutely loves their weekly sessions and we are grateful for the support they provide our family!
Disappointing experience for us. Following a very positive introductory call, they did not appear to be very well organized and failed to make the minimal preparations for our first session. They lacked basic onsite payment and rebate facilities and actually requested I put my full credit card details into a PDF and email it to them! We found the therapy space was small, cluttered, and not particularly conducive to "Building better brains".
Sian from Building Better Brains is amazing. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and very supportive. Her approach is practical and easy to connect with, and I’ve had a really positive experience. Highly recommend her services.
We have been taking our daughter to building better brains since 2021. Tony, Sian and the whole team are fabulous. It has helped our child’s social skills as well as her confidence . They have also been a great support to my husband and I . They really are part of our village
