Wanted to make sure that everyone sees this so they don’t get into the same mess we are in Hired this company to do an inspection of a building for us. Older building. Got inspection report and there was no mention of asbestos anywhere. Started working and found asbestos in floor and ceiling. Kim was very professional. He did a commercial Phase 1 environmental for our office building and the VOC levels were high. He made a recommendation and we followed that. He came out promptly and retested. The report was clear and detailed. There were clear pictures and recommendations for the full structural inspection. Any time I had a question along the way he responded immediately. He is polite and respectful and answered all my questions! I would recommend this company!
Kim was AWESOME to work with! Very responsive, knowledgeable and the report came very professional looking as we expected it. Kim helped inspect our new business location and covered all that was needed for us to provide to the county.
Great response time. Quality inspection. Their diverse experience helped out tremendously with our decision on how to move forward with our property acquisition. Highly recommended.
