Everyone was great! Very safe environment! Nurses are amazing! Great food and deserts. Only thing is the fact you cannot smoke cigarettes. People admitted into hospital for health conditions are aloud to smoke so why can’t we smoke at this place is rubbish. I was admitted for alcohol that ruins my day to day living. Smoking cigarettes does not affect day to day living. Besides that I do recommend this place.
It was my own fault I ended up in there and it may just be me but you have to leave your pride at the door and be 100% committed to helping yourself detox. The staff were awesome and they could not have been more helpful. They show you the way ahead and provide any required medication but they cant do it for you. There also keenly aware that 5 days may not be long enough for many people but they can only work with what they are given. If your not sure its what you want to do then my advice would be dont go until you are.
