During 2023/24 the Council of Owners at our strata complex in Bayswater were getting quotes to replace our roof tiles to Colorbond. They received quotes from three companies. The cheapest quote was $1,023,528, the next was $1,306,937 and the most expensive quote was from Builderwest at a staggering $2,114,554!!! Double the cost of the cheapest quote!
