We had four estimates. Builders wasn't the cheapest, but won our business with professional knowledge, attention to detail, quality products, and excellent communication. Of the four companies, Builders was the only one to send both a sales rep (Nathan) AND an installer (Bryon, Bella Vista) to the initial survey of our home. I went there to get prices for two 8'x9' sliding glass doors. And, for replacement slides for some of my Marvin windows that I bought there 14 years ago. Shiv was the salesman. He was very thorough and seemed to know the products. At the end of the visit he said he would email me quotes for 4 varieties of doors I had chosen. And, get info about the window slides. Ben Harris (and Team) at Builder's Window Supply went above and beyond to help me secure the correct replacement weatherstripping for my 30 year-old Marvin windows - which was no easy task!
Our experience at Builders Window Supply was great. We worked with Dave to help us choose the correct door. He took allot of time to take us through the show room and explain our options and we couldn't love the WinDor system we choose more! The doors were delivered on time and the installation crew that Builders recommended was fantastic. Highly recommend this company!!
I had a wonderful experience with Builders Window Supply. My windows were measured by an expert and I received great service with what product to order. I thought the windows would take a very long time but everything arrived fairly quick. I put the LaCantia Doors in and use them everyday. The best investment so far for our family.
