This company does not stand behind it's warranties and does not do quality work. They've been out to replace the floor at my house several times in the last year and it still is not correct. After months of waiting for the installation, ******* never returns calls and can't be bothered to ensure that the product his company installed in my house is correct. The floor is completely separating at the joints and no one will answer the phone or make it right.
If your homeowner warranty works with builders wholesale ask for a different company. Their GM, *************************, is inefficient and unapologetic for his work mistakes along with not putting the customer first. We have our floor replaced and their workers cut tile in our house, damaging several of our belongings, and staining our floors along with cabinets.
