I ordered materials four times. All four times I was given the wrong materials. When I told them they just laughed it off. When I was owed a refund for a missed charge, the lady there called and told me to hurry and give her my card for refund. I didn't have it on me and she rudely told me her computer was stuck until shee processed it. I told her if she called first I could have made sure to have.
