Fantastic. We were having a hard time finding an oak hand rail from other venders without splices in the construction. Marc sent us a video of the product and we drove four hours to pick out the one that is exactly what we wanted.
Sold the wrong stuff for my application
I live in Houston, I don’t even live in St. Louis and I was looking for balusters I could not find ANYWHERE!!! Robin was on the case! Not even caring that I was cross country she worked feverishly to find the baluster ! And of course SHE FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!!! Made sure the color was a perfect match (based on an emailed pic) and had it at my front door in 2 days!
