2007 build, heavily under insulated attic. No markers existed per code, and no sheet was attached to the attic to document the bag count or depth they originally targeted. When I spoke to the company, they said they would ignore code and fulfill the builder's request, and it's the builder's problem. No work ethic, or accountability.
