We had delivered a load there and my driver forgot to get the BOL signed. I called after a few days and spoke to a shipping Supervisor Mason who went extra miles to get the paperwork sorted and send me the BOL in email. I am happy and impressed with their courtesy.

BMW does a fantastic job. We've used them for cabinets, windows, and millwork and they always come through. Their sales people are the friendliest and most knowledgeable around.
