Pleaded with claims consultant to get someone to fix a door that would not lock in my home with foundation issues. Lived in a house with an unlocked door for almost 4 months until the sinking foundation seized it shut. Builders Insurance Group compromised the safety of my family and told me they could do nothing until they assessed the whole claim.
