I used to really appreciate Builders Heating and Air Conditioning. However since the new company has taken over, I am less than pleased. They didn't get back to me when I had a furnace issue. Scheduling has become more difficult. Today I got a cancellation notice stating there were too many emergencies to follow through with may service tomorrow. I called with concerns about freezing of the Evap Cooler and was told no, it was because of freezing on the roofs and not due to emergencies. Now they want a 3-4 time frame to resch... read more
