I used to really appreciate Builders Heating and Air Conditioning. However since the new company has taken over, I am less than pleased. They didn't get back to me when I had a furnace issue. Scheduling has become more difficult. Today I got a cancellation notice stating there were too many emergencies to follow through with may service tomorrow. We bought this house several years ago. It had been highly modified prior to that. The AC had always been a problem as it didn't cool effectively. We decided to replace the AC this year and had several companies out for estimates. All were happy to give us an estimate for new machinery. Morey came out and said the problem was NOT the machinery.
