We've been renting box trucks from Detroit's Builders location for a few months. Their customer service is top notch. They communicate well and show consideration for their customers. I look forward to doing business with them going forward.
Parking and exiting in the tiny lot was difficult. Felt ignored as a woman as there were no pleasantries upon entry. However, and older gentleman did assist me and was very helpful. Very small selection of boxes, but did direct me to a location where I found the size I needed.
