Actually they get zero stars from me. Once they receive your money if things are messed up you will not get a response from them. This company has scheduled replacement repair service with me over 5 times and each time no one calls and no one shows up. When you call a sales person answers the phone to say we don't have a customer service department and he never can find anyone available to assist you. Spend a little more money to go somewhere else.
