We just received our cabinet order yesterday...... $26,000 in cabinets should NOT have the list of mistakes that we have! We plan on reversing a payment to John’s and having someone come out ASAP to get this corrected. Absolutely ridiculous as we placed this order in May and confirmed 3 times what the order should be. I sincerely hope this can be corrected.
Very knowledgeable sales staff, great prices on all their materials... they treated us like family, honestly concerned about our project, from start to finish a very pleasant experience, customers for life!!
I don't even know why I stopped in. Maybe because I needed a part for a cabinet that they were a distributor for. Hmm. Got blown off by the cabinet sales person. It seems like every time I try to shop here it's a bad experience. Unless you are a regular who spends lots of money customer service is horrible. Not coming back anytime soon. Yes I will let Merillat Cabinets Know how you represent them.
Hands down the most elite lumber yard in this galaxy. Jim Ward is the best salesperson and he can bench press a lift of 2x12-16s. I saw it.
