When searched in Google for our backyard fence project, I reached to Builders Fence through Home Depot since it’s an HD contractor. They offered speedy estimate and competitive price. The project was carried out in a professional way. The working team did not only build the fence promptly in high quality; but also pointed out our property line and avoid yard loss in our side. This entire process is stress free and outcome is beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Builders Fence is DMV area.
Jeff worked with us to provide the proposal/drawing for HOA. He also helped me find the boundary markers which resolving the concerns from my neighbor regarding the property line. There are a lot of back and forth with HOA regarding how far the fence from the sidewalk and Jeff promptly provide the new drawings drawn to scale with the house plat. The installation team is also very professional and they arrived early and finished within 4-5 hrs.
Purchased (from Builders) a fence a few years back and the gate broke. Called up Builders to get replacement. Turns out the manufacturer changed the style so the gate would not match the rest of the fence. Ronal at Builders took the new gate (we purchased as replacement), and swapped the broken parts of old gate with new parts. I truly appreciate their service and the gate is good as new.
I do not recommend this company. They scheduled an appointment witha 2 hour window. Then they never showed for the appointment. When contacted, they didn't have a reason for not showing. I also called the person who was supposed to show and left a message. No call backs. Not even from the office. Irresponsible to waste a customer's time.
I needed a 4 foot gate converted into an 8 foot gate, and Builders Fence did the job for me. They were responsive on bid request, and timely on delivery.
