The fence post where my gate latched was leaning (builders had not concrete-footed our fences) making it impossible to close and contributing to a feeling of insecurity. Ronal listened to my concerns and his proposal addressed them completely including adding a lock and ensuring the permanency of correcting the issue with concrete footing and the installation of a steel support inside the post, all for what I considered a very reasonable cost. Not to mention he was able to schedule the work within a matter of days.
