They're closed. But fortunately the Front Door Company is an Emtek supplier and they're located right down the street on Burnet near Hwy 183.
Closed! They took our money for some pulls that we ordered. It never came and they are nowhere to be found. It's locked up and dark, nobody is around or answering their phones or emails. They've been around forever so you would hope for better than this. We'd like our $180 back!
I ordered a Baldwin exterior door hardware set for my french doors from Builders Supply about a year ago. Shortly after it was installed, the handle started to hang down vs. staying horizontal. Then the handle began coming off about 6 months ago, when you open the door. I have called 5 times over the last 3 months and left messages with people there, with no response. I never leave bad reviews, but this is ridiculous. I am glad I didn't order more items from them. Stay away!
Have used these folks for commercial and custom residential for over 35 years. They are the best. Today I needed hardware the competition could order and have in 3 weeks. Builders Display had it in stock.
