I would make it a zero if I could as for their rating. I ordered a window from them and the dimensions were put in the computer backwards, so I am unable to use the window. Was called in so many words a lie on two separate occasions, when I showed them the paper that I had the dimensions written on. Lumberton discount is not a good place one I live in Hamlet as they knew caused conversation and when speaking with them for fifteen mins trying to explain what a versa vent is not a closer vent they told me they had it in stock I drove for a hour to find out they tried to sell me closer vent no that is not what I needed as I said on phone. And second I got a quote from them about metal roof material and builders first source out if southern pines were four hundred cheaper and they delivered for free. We recently purchased a 10' by 16' loft type yard shed with metal roof....when the assembly crew picked up the "kit" they immediately had to up grade the nails to nail gun type...this wasn't explained to me when I purchased the shed..I would have paid Builders Discount for the nails needed...Also several of the 2 by 4's were bowed, or not complete sawed wood, they contained bark & were uneven...The guys when ask how long to pull the materials together told me 30 minutes...It took 4 hours..& they didn't have the green metal r... read more
