BDS pushed an inferior product during out visit which resulted in defective product. My front door had too many problems from paint finish to locks to molding different color. BDS promised by contract an one year manufacturer warranty but 4 months into contract they can not get TM Cobb to replace my front door or take care of the factory finished paint issues I have with my front door.
