I recently used Builder's Choice to install a new furnace. Curtis, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. He even arranged for the installation to happen the very next morning since the house was without heat. To top it off, they dropped off space heaters the night before. What could have been a stressful situation was made completely pain-free thanks to their responsiveness and care. I would highly recommend this company!
London's best!! Builders Choice will get your old equipment going without trying to push new equipment first. Always upfront about cost of repairs and service charges. Between calling and emailing, you are never left not knowing. Great pricing, quality work, quality equipment and warranties. Just an overall enjoyable company to work with. If you had to find out the hard way by going elsewhere first, give builders choice a call and let them put your mind at ease.
Best guys, very trustworthy and know what they’re doing. Roy inch / enercare told me I need a complete furnace replacement (5 year old furnace) when these amazing individuals fixed the problem with a $100 pressure switch.
The first night I moved in to my new home I purchased, I was without heat. I called the company's emergency line around 1 a.m. and left a message. Called back around 2 a.m. and I had clearly woken up the tech. He asked me if I could wait until the morning or if he could walk me through some troubleshooting steps. I felt like I was inconveniencing him (no doubt working the overnight emergency on-call sucks, but I was without heat and didn't appreciate that pressure).
