Jarvis the technician was thorough and did a great job. He did not find the issues that another contractor said they found. I would highly recommend this company as they are honest, thorough and prompt. When I called they came immediately even though we were in the middle of a heat wave and I am sure they were very busy. Ginger who took my call was very polite and understood my problem. If you are looking for an honest company to work with call Builders choice. They will be my choice for all my work in the future.
We are exceptionally thrilled with their service. Jarvis was absolutely amazing. He initially came in to talk to us and confirm the issues we were having & then explained everything he was going to do. I watched his work as he continually explained everything to me. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. He was recommended by a contractor … they did not disappoint.
I just had Jarvis here to help solve an issue with my AC coil freezing up. I’m so impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful he was. Got the whole thing back up and running in less than 2 hours. Can't say enough good things about this company. Top notch service and pricing. They really value their customers and are not trying to upsell you on replacement units like some of the other companies in this city. I would never even consider using anyone else. Highly recommended!
