I stopped into their Lombard showroom to talk with someone regarding a remodel project in my home. The woman at the front desk was very helpful. I was given some information and brochures. I left being told I would receive a call back. 2 days passed and I still did not receive a call so I called back. Charged me for an item that never arrived. I kept trying to call and no one would answer. I was able to successfully dispute the charge through my credit card company.

The cabinets themselves are absolutely beautiful, but the customer service has been very disappointing. We invested over $20,000 into our kitchen and trusted Gerg’s expertise when he came out to take measurements. Unfortunately, when it came time for installation, one of the cabinets was significantly too short, which cheapens the overall look of the kitchen.
