I contacted Builders at Your Service (BAYS) for a second storey extension. BAYS were the only builder interested in taking on my job, and it I was very fortunate it was them who took the job on. The first contact was with Brenton, who handles all the designs and approvals. Brenton did a great job with the design, from my vague ideas his first draft was 95% perfect with only minor amendments which he was happy to make.
