We have worked with Dana several times and she is great and responsive. She really cares and always helps me source the right items for our projects.
We bought Quaker sliding glass doors from Builders Supply and they delivered glass doors that clearly have suction marks on the interior of the glass from the manufacturing process and have never come clean because it is on the inside wall of the double pane . The glass keeps a constant haze and appearance of rings especially when the sun hits it. Every time I clean this glass it upsets me to see it! They responded but would never replace the doors nor the glass. I do not recommend buying from them nor Quaker!
