We bought Quaker sliding glass doors from Builders Supply and they delivered glass doors that clearly have suction marks on the interior of the glass from the manufacturing process and have never come clean because it is on the inside wall of the double pane . The glass keeps a constant haze and appearance of rings especially when the sun hits it. Every time I clean this glass it upsets me to see it! They responded but would never replace the doors nor the glass. I do not recommend buying from them nor Quaker!

Local contractor here. They are always on top of things. I've used them a lot and they never disappoint.
Dana at BWS did a lot of leg work for me on a custom door size, very much appreciated the effort.
Two of my windows never had screens. Five years after my house was built, I wanted some. I found a little product sticker on the side of the window. Dana at the company gave me an email address so that I could send a picture of the sticker to her. She sent a copy of the sticker to the manufacturer and shortly afterwards told me that she had the exact screens for my windows and that I could pick them up at her office. Great investigative work and great customer service Dana. Thank You
