Cat and Jim are the absolute best!!! They have lived in the DFW area for over 20 years and know every neighborhood and every street. This site was smooth and very simple to use. I was able to navigate through it to help me find my first new build home. I am not a very techy person and this site was user friendly and super useful. I had no way to know where all the new builds were but this let you search the city you wanted to live in. Catherine was my point of contact. She was able to seller my condo for above asking price and then help me to negotiate my current home. We are in the market for a new home and I have been going through multiple MLS and independent property search pages and they are all kinda terrible. I really like what Builder Hot Spots has shown me because it resonates with me. It lays out all the information for me like I am looking for it. I just had to say this because competitive national sites (Tr****, ReM**, Zi**0 and others) really do t appear to have thought through the process like you guys have done here. Thanks so much!
This site is great! Very user friendly and super easy to navigate. All the home sites are broken down by communities and simple to understand. Once you click into an individual home, all the info you need is provided about the home. The search feature is easy to use and very efficient... Looks great too! Oh and one thing I can appreciate is fast sites!
