We’ve worked with BBSG for over 20 years and it’s been a great partnership. They handle the first-year warranty, acting as the go-between for us and homeowners to manage repair requests through their system. They coordinate with subcontractors on approved items and offer a web portal to keep everything organized and transparent. It’s a really smooth, fair process during that first year after closing.
