Very unhappy with BBSG and how they operate. They don't really do anything, it's the responsibility for the buyers have to do all of the work if they want to attempt to get there issue resolved. Lombardo should stop using them because they make them look bad. BBSG looks for any reason not to cover an issue and tells you to contact your builder to see if they will do the repairs. ZERO STARS. Extremely unresponsive. BBSG is unprofessional and never attends to critical issues. Bought a brand new home from Lombardo in Columbia, MO. The front door does NOT open -- installed improperly. The builder referred us to BBSG (which is a total scam) and a mom and pop operation. I complained to Lombardo HQ and no one had the decency to respond. Don't buy from Lombardo. BBSG puts the onus on the homeowner to call the subcontractors and good luck getting in touch with the subcontractors. SCAM all through. Not being ... read more
BBSG is basically worthless. We logged 4 different tickets pertaining to water problems with our new home and not one time were they helpful in rectifying the problem. I can't even say they do the bare minimum. Lombardo should stop using this company all together as they are a black eye for any home builder.
This company will not return calls and will not follow up once they give you instructions on who to call to get issues fixed. When those companies wont call you back, good luck even getting a call back from BBSG. Left several messages and nothing. Keep getting emails that my service request will automatically close after 30 days, which is great since nothing has been done! Wish our builder had a different company for warranty.
I recently had a home built by Stewart Builders in Lees Summit. Stewart Builders offers a 1, 2 and 10 year home warranty for their new homes. This warranty is managed by Builder/Buyer Services Group. This company and the service they provide is the absolute worst in the industry. I can't imagine why any quality home builder would stake their reputation on enlisting the services of Builder/Buyer Services Group.
