Unbelievably poor customer service experience. Everything started out great but unfortunately there was never any follow up from Arin. I spoke to Arin on 12/21 and made arrangements to have him come out to our property on 1/4. On 1/4, I reached out to him to see whether or not he was coming by as we had discussed since I had not yet heard from him. He called me to let me know his brother would be coming by instead of him.
