Using BYOP has been the biggest headache I have ever encountered. They take zero responsibility for their subs that they recommend, and their subs take zero responsibility for their work. Everyone just points fingers.
Julie provided great service along the way of our pool build! From drawing changes, permit help, support with contractors; she was quick and thorough. Had several bids for each trade from contractors list we received from Julie. If bid return was slow, Julie pushed contractor for response. 2 contractors had to come back for fixes on finishes but easily resolved. City final inspection was no problem! Saved almost 9% compared to another full service pool contractor. Photos of finish to drawing! Happy happy customer!
Do not give your phone number or email to these people. I have repeatedly unsubscribed and keep getting badgered by their sales and marketing Department. Wish they would just go away. There are so many other better pool companies. This just confirms that the decision to go with another was the right choice. After lots of research, I have learned that when you build your own pool with them, it’s the never-ending blame game. It’s the other guys problem. Spend a few extra bucks and avoid the grief

Very positive experience using BYOP. - ending up being ~35% less expensive than using a GC to build the pool - from start to finish, took 7 weeks Julie was super helpful throughout the entire process. Whenever I had questions she was there to support and walk me through concerns we had. I was able to manage the project while working (remotely at home) my full time job without issue.
